Recently a research team at Liverpool University asked over 200 participants to view a number of digitally altered human faces and concluded that our brain favors people with familiar faces. They found participants preferred the features they found the most familiar their own visage or that of a family member.


Why love makes us crazy ?
Researchers at London university found that when people look at their new loves, their serotonin (a neurotransmitter which helps in the modulation of anger, aggression, body temperature, mood, sleep, sexuality etc ) level in the brain starts to drop. Which in turn leads them to get obsess about their lover. Actually the neural circuits that are in charge of social judgment get suppressed, and leaves you in obsessive, stressed and blind condition which we call love and we love it.


What is the catch behind Blushing ?
Researchers at Stirling University in Great Britain found that primates prefer mates with red faces. Similarly a rosy glow also act as a similar cue in humans, say the British researchers. So girls its time to put blushers to play the dating game.
